Minx Lifestyle is a holistic wellness platform that serves to empower women who want to look and feel their best. My unique approach to wellness simplifies how women can combat many common issues from losing unwanted weight, to overcoming energy deficiencies, conquering PMS and hormonal imbalances to eradicating inflammation.

I combine the practicality of guiding your food intake by leveraging simple yet powerful insights around food combinations, balancing food groups to optimizing the time of day for meal consumption. I can help you combine natural and healthy foods you can buy at your favorite grocery store along with all-natural supplements that will help you maximize the extraction of nutrients from these foods.

My highly effective approach to beauty is geared at making you not only feel your best but to also look your best. Many women who follow the protocol for skincare(in addition to nutrition) have been told by their friends, family and co-workers that they look several years younger than they did before getting onto the program.

I offer private as well as group consultations to women of all ages and levels of experience. You don't need to be an accomplished wellness practitioner to achieve results. I can help just about anyone take their regimen to the next level, even if you don't have one. I will marry consultative sessions(single or series) with periodic check-ins, to monitor and optimize your program. And I will augment the guidance, as needed, with powerful and cost-effective over the counter solutions that continually yield results.

 

My Story

After struggling with pain and inflammation for over a decade , I was able to heal my body naturally by implementing some very simple and easy techniques. I successfully escaped the toxicity of pharmaceuticals and the passivity of fad diets. I modified my lifestyle by making sensible and informed choices about what goes in or on my body.

Now, I help people to look and feel their best by giving them the tools to heal organically and also create healthy lifestyle choices without restrictive dieting or using toxic products. Most people think they have to cut out every enjoyable food group to either lose weight or bring down inflammation but that is simply not true. Everyone is so different so it's a matter of figuring out what is the best diet for YOU that makes you feel your best.

I’ve been certified for Integrative Nutrition and Gut health by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. Yoga, meditation, living a healthy lifestyle and eating an anti-inflammatory diet are the winning combination for me. I love teaching people that by making a few simple changes in their lifestyle, they can achieve optimum health and well being .
